Ed was looking to have toilets replaced. He had already removed the toilets and was looking to have customer supplied toilets installed. He also wanted to have angle stops replaced. Gave him estimates to replace toilets and another estimate to have toilet/valves replaced. He stated that the estimates were way too much. He wanted to get everything done for $250. Let him know that I could do each toilet for 250 and he stated that it was still too much. Emailed him estimates.
Residential remodel Mater bathroom addition-Toilet tub and sink will be installed in the locations specified on the plans. We will be removing the concrete from the existing bathroom to the location of the new bathroom approx. 25 feet of concrete removal, concrete will be put back by other contractor. All the sewer will be ran in sched 40 pvc and all the water will be ran in uponor with quarter turn shut-offs and stainless steel supply lines. All fixtures will be supplied by the client. We will run the camera before we cut concrete just to make sure that this is the easiest and most efficient route. Shower base(installed by Apex) with walls and glass door. Contractor to install the walls and the glass door 1 year warranty
Carl was in hospital and wasn’t available to receive quotes. Sent them to his email. He will call office back when out of hospital. Gave estimates to replace lavatory faucet and 3 angle stops Also gave another estimate to replace faucet and 5 valves They also requested estimate to remodel bathroom including: Walk in shower/shower valve / vanity installation with faucet and ADA toilet install
